ENAR is the only pan-European network combining racial equality advocacy with building a strong network of anti-racist organisations across Europe. We ensure that laws and policies address racism and reflect the experiences of racialised people. We provide a space for our members and anti-racist activists to connect and exchange strategies, support our communities, and remain resilient.

Our member organisations are present in 28 countries across Europe. ENAR’s aim is to end structural racism in Europe and to build structures, institutions and attitudes based on race equality and equal distribution of power, privileges and rights. Both branding and the new web systems needs to facilitate the reforming process in making the work of ENAR more member centered. Web platform intends to support more democratic participatory engagements by member organisations.

1. Scope for rebranding:

ENAR is seeking a professional consultant with a proven track record for creative excellence in brand development and execution to develop a comprehensive strategy for brand development in order to effectively advance the goals and work of ENAR.

The objectives of this rebranding are to:

  • Guide ENAR’s rebranding process
  • Develop a brand brief for ENAR outlining key elements of its branding, including DNA, positioning, personality, and value proposition.
  • Create a brand identity including logo design, visual identity, and brand guidelines

This project should be driven by a co-creative and collaborative process, including workshops/focus groups with staff, Board and selected members, as well as external stakeholders. Where appropriate, ENAR can provide previous stakeholder surveys.

2. Scope web portal with an integrated CRM:

ENAR is seeking a competent web development company with a demonstrable capacity and experience in human resources to develop the web product ENAR needs. The service provider must be able to ensure scalability and adaptability of the solutions provided in meeting the developments in user behavior in related to mobile devices in the coming years.

The objectives of the web development are to:

  1. To develop state of the art new website for ENAR with the highest level of cyber security
  • A public front-end with all the public content of ENAR work.

     2. A secure extranet for staff and members and partners with different user privileges,

  • A new extranet for ENAR staff and members (two or more user groups) to replace the existing ENAR extranet by incorporating existing data structures.
  • With fully integrated office 365 file formats and tools (I.e SharePoint, 365 dynamics, teams).

    3. Secure access portal/ mobile app allowing users to login to the website members area with a dual use as a public communication platform.

The application must include a price offer (VAT included) for the total project, including a breakdown of costs. Your proposals for each of the two elements of this tender need to be in two separate set of files. You may bid for both projects collectively or choose any particular one.

In the event that ENAR selects two separate parties for each element of this tender, close collaboration will be required between parties towards final deliverables.
