TRUSTED JOBS does not share your personal data on your evaluation, however it shares your evaluation in a anonymised format. The anonymised evaluations may be shared through our Website, our programming interface, our newsletter and social networks.

During the collection of your personal data, TRUSTED JOBS will inform you if some data are mandatory or if they are optional. TRUSTED JOBS will also inform you about the potential consequences in the case you will not provide the personal data required.

This data processing falls under your consent for the pursuit of the TRUSTED JOBS activities and the respect of the legal obligations in which TRUSTED JOBS is submitted according to the GDPR.

When you provide your personal data in order to completing an evaluation, opening a user account or submitting an application, TRUSTED JOBS presumes that you provide your consent to the processing of your personal data and will only use them according to the purposes pursued in accordance with Article 5.

6.2. The withdrawal of your consent to the processing

If after providing your consent to TRUSTED JOBS you change your mind and do not consent to the processing or to the disclosing of your personal data, you may contact us to withdraw your consent at :

TRUSTED JOBS will erase your personal data. However, it will keep the anonymised evaluations of employers.

Article 7 – Disclosing

TRUSTED JOBS reserves the right to disclose your personal data if it is required by the laws to do so or if you infringe the TRUSTED JOBS general terms and conditions of sale and TRUSTED JOBS general terms and conditions of use.

Article 8 – The recipient of your personal data

The staff of TRUSTED JOBS, the services responsible for controlling (auditors especially), the TRUSTED JOBS managers and potentially our computing subcontractors are going to intervene for the good administration of the Website.

TRUSTED JOBS will not share any of your personal data to any commercial partners.

May also be recipients of your personal data public authorities, for the sake of meeting the TRUSTED JOBS legal obligations, as well as Court officers and ministerial officers.

Article 9 – Transfert of personal data

TRUSTED JOBS does not transfer any personal data on your evaluations. However, TRUSTED JOBS will share anonymised evaluations that you may be led to leave on our Website. This sharing takes place especially through our Website, our programming interface, our newsletters and social networks.

TRUSTED JOBS may share your personal data with the companies to which you apply to.

It is possible that in some cases, you have been the only one person to review a specific employer, for a specific year and as a consequence, the employer that you have evaluated may know that it is your evaluation that has been provided. TRUSTED JOBS will not assume any liability regarding the potential consequences that such identification may have.

Article 10 – The period for which personal data will be stored

10.1. Regarding the data for users management

Your personal data will not be stored beyond the necessary duration to the commercial relation with TRUSTED JOBS. However, the data permitting to produce evidence of a right or a contract, shall be preserved on the grounds of the respect of a legal obligation during the period required by the legislation.

When you communicate your personal data in order to evaluate an employer, we keep your data pour a period of 3 years. TRUSTED JOBS estimates that during this period, you will be led to evaluate other employers. If you do not evaluate any employer during this 3 years, your personal data will be erased.

10.1. Regarding the data for prospects and customers management

Your personal data will not be stored beyond the necessary duration to the commercial relation with TRUSTED JOBS. However, the data permitting to produce evidence of a right or a contract, shall be preserved on the grounds of the respect of a legal obligation during the period required by the legislation.

Concerning potential marketing operations for customers, their data could be stored during a period of five years from the end of the commercial relation.

Personal data regarding prospects, could be stored during a period of three years from the end of the data collection or from the last contact with the prospect.

At the end of the deadline of three years, TRUSTED JOBS may retake contact with you to know if you wish to continue to receive its commercial solicitations.

10.2. Concerning the management of opposition lists to receive prospection

The informations permitting to take into account your opposition right are stored at least three years from the exercise of the opposition right.

10.3. Concerning audience statistics and measurements

The stored informations in the users terminal or any other element used to identify users and permitting their traceability or their attendance will not be stored beyond five years.

10.4. Concerning the improvement of services :

Your personal data permitting to improve the quality of TRUSTED JOBS services will be stored for a period of five years.

TRUSTED JOBS is taking all the necessary precautions, appropriated organisational and technical measures to preserve security, integrity and privacy of your personal data and especially, preventing that your data are distorted, damaged or that non authorized third parties have an access to them.

In the framework of the enactement of the GDPR, TRUSTED JOBS for the purpose of creating and setting up its Website, designated the law firm WYZER LAW, located at sise 11 boulevard Sébastopol 75001 PARIS, represented by Philippe PRADAL, lawyer at the Paris and New York Bar, as the data protection officer counting from the 25th may 2018 (nomination n°DPO-597).
