Background
The European Network Against Racism (ENAR aisbl) is the only pan-European network combining racial equality advocacy with building a strong network of anti-racist organisations across Europe. We ensure that laws and policies address racism and reflect the experiences of racialised people. We provide a space for our members and anti-racist activists to connect and exchange strategies, support our communities, and remain resilient.
Our member organisations are present in 27 countries across Europe.
ENAR’s aim is to end structural racism in Europe and to build structures, institutions and attitudes based on race equality and equal distribution of power, privileges and rights.
ENAR’s team requires a Human Resources Consultant to review and improve our present HR practices and processes and to help us set in place a largely renewed team in line with the foreseen transition in our management.
An estimated volume of 60 hours per month is foreseen as an average, for a duration of 6 to 9 months. The mission should start during the first quarter of 2021. This should serve as the calculation basis for the evaluation of the mission. If less hours are “used” on a given month, they are transferred to the following months. If the needs excess the foreseen quota of hours, amendments to the contract might be envisaged.
