HOW ABOUT WORKING FOR SAFER EUROPE?

Our client is a European agency responsible for the operational management of large-scale IT systems in the area of freedom, security and justice. The agency is located in Strasbourg, Brussels and Tallinn. CIVITTA is providing external assistance services to the agency and we are hereby selecting candidates for the following position in Strasbourg: HR specialist (eu-LISA, Strasbourg).

You will be involved in staff planning and monitoring, providing support in managing and following up of personnel files and HR documents. You are skilled in staff databases and staff planning, archiving, filing and working with data.

Your tasks in more detail are:

  • Providing support in monitoring Induction Process for newly recruited staff and Departure Process for the staff leaving the eu-LISA;
  • Supporting the implementation and development of the Human Resources Management IT system (SYSPER);
  • Keeping the agenda, organising and coordinating appointments, meetings for the sector, units and departments;
  • Participating in planning execution and monitoring processes;
  • Providing support in managing and following up of personnel files and HR documents (verification, scanning and filling of the documents etc.);
  • Providing input/drafting documents such as notes, certificates, statistical analysis, letters, reports and minutes of meetings, coordination of document flows;
  • Preparing documents such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings, coordination and management of document flows;
  • Coordinate the flow of work in liaison with other staff members, Units and Departments involved, as well as with external parties;
  • Providing input to reports related of eu-LISA.

Education and experience:

You are skilled in the field of HR management including staff databases and staff planning, archiving, filing and working with data. Your knowledge of Excel is excellent.

You should have a university degree (3 years attested by diploma) and 4 years of experience in the field of HR.

You are a team player who maintains a high level of accuracy, loyalty, confidentiality and professionalism. Your English is fluent and French language knowledge is considered an asset.

You are a national of European Union countries, or national of Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Switzerland.
