Carnegie Europe, a premier international affairs think tank based in Brussels and part of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, seeks an entrepreneurial, dynamic European foreign policy communications professional to lead Carnegie Europe's communications efforts.

The communications manager helps set the overall strategic development of Carnegie Europe's communications efforts including contributing to project design and implementation, media and digital outreach, and publications and research design. The communications manager also channels Carnegie Europe's publications and editorial pipelines and coordinates communications efforts in Brussels with the other centers and the communications team in Washington.

Position requires 3-5 years' work experience in communications, subsequent to university degree. Must be living in or willing to work full-time in Brussels.

Candidates must have a record of communications experience, ideally within an international policy environment; experience in media relations; and ideally a strong network of professional relationships with reporters and editors covering Europe.
