Carnegie Europe, the European policy research center of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, is seeking a full-time program coordinator to work in its Brussels office.

The selected candidate will join Carnegie Europe’s team to assist with the strategic planning and execution of the center’s research projects. Key responsibilities will include working with relevant staff, scholars, and service providers to coordinate projects from conception to completion; successfully time-lining and executing activities, including public and private events; and maintaining relations with external stakeholders and peer organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess two to three years of relevant working experience, a clear interest in European and international affairs, and excellent written and oral communication skills. The position requires fluency in English (working-level French and/or Dutch an asset); flexibility; time management and organizational skills; the ability to work well independently and as part of a team; Microsoft Office skills; and a university degree.

Located in Brussels, Carnegie Europe offers a competitive benefits package and salary commensurate with experience. This position will start as soon as possible.
