Marketing and Knowledge Dissemination Officer

REHVA is the Federation of European Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Associations representing 120 000 building professionals from 26 countries. REHVA is a professional umbrella organisation dedicated to the improvement indoor climate quality, energy performance and safety in buildings and communities. REHVA promotes EU & global climate and energy policies by transforming the building sector to a sustainable, decarbonised and smart built environment.

One of our key activities is promoting research, knowledge dissemination and capacity building via publications and events. We are looking for a dynamic team member to strengthen this area, starting immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of marketing and knowledge dissemination action plans
• Perform market analysis and customer surveys
• Coordination, production and sales of printed and online REHVA publications
• Digital and online marketing of REHVA products and services
• Website content creation
• Liaising with REHVA supporters, companies from HVAC and building industry sector
• Organisation of events and representation at industry fairs

The position involves frequent international contacts and travelling.

Profile:

• Degree in marketing, business administration, social sciences or other relevant fields
• 3 year’s work experience in marketing, digital marketing, publications management, sales or other relevant fields
• Fluency in English, ability to draft, proofread and edit English publications (French is an advantage)
• Excellent marketing and communication skills, customer-oriented thinking
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced internet literacy, excellent social media management skills, knowledge of website content management software’s
• Excellent organisational skills including project planning, meeting tight deadlines and coordinate suppliers
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team
• Experience in HVAC, sustainable buildings or renewables sector is an advantage

A full time, fixed term work contract under Belgian law with an attractive package of benefits. Renumeration according to work experience.
