ClientEarth is going through an exciting period of growth and is looking for a collaborative and experienced Global Recruitment Manager to join our HR team.
The Global Recruitment Manager will work closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team (based across London, Brussels, Warsaw, Madrid and Berlin), leading the planning and implementation of effective recruitment practice, policy, and procedures to ensure ClientEarth attracts and recruits high performing individuals to support the delivery of our organisational goals.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Global Recruitment Manager will be the first point of contact for hiring managers across our Programmes, Finance, Operations, Development and Communications teams.
Role requirements
The ideal candidate will be qualified to degree level or have equivalent work experience, with a proven track record of developing innovative talent acquisition strategies and plans to meet organisational objectives. In addition, they will have demonstrable working knowledge of relevant employment legislation (particularly in the UK) with the ability to build and maintain professional credibility with managers across all levels.
