We are looking for a London or Brussels based Senior Internal Communications Officer to join our team.

As we do so, we are placing increasing emphasis on the role internal and organisational communications can play in ensuring our vision, mission and values act as a guiding star for our teams and the organisation as a whole. As part of this growth, we are expanding our internal communications team. This is a new role, which will be critical in helping to ensure that as we grow, our staff continue to be fully engaged behind our strategy, vision, mission and values.

Together with the Internal & Corporate Communications Manager, you will set up and manage a network of local communication champions, making sure every region is well informed and has the tools and support to make the corporate content locally relevant. You will provide support in coordination and creating engaging content for our global internal communications channels, a weekly newsletter, intranet and a monthly all-staff meeting.

Main Duties

  • Set up and manage a network of local internal communication contacts
  • Manage and develop content for existing and new internal communications channels and initiatives
  • Monitor analytics and create reports
  • Coordinate external creative agencies and suppliers
  • Act as a champion for our organisational strategy, mission, vision and values,
  • Help organise a bi-annual internal global employee event

Role requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of delivering internal communications within a multi-national or global organisation
  • Experience of developing and delivering effective internal communications plans, campaigns and content based on insight and evidence-based research
  • Experience of developing highly effective and impactful content for an internal audience
  • Fluent (CEFR level C2) in English
  • Strong people skills with an ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels, across departments and geographies.
