The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a premier international affairs think tank, is seeking an accomplished, entrepreneurial leader for Carnegie Europe.  The director sets the strategic priorities for the center, manages the research team and staff, leads on fundraising, and connects Carnegie Europe to other Carnegie centers in Beirut, Beijing, Moscow, New Delhi, and Washington.  As a member of Carnegie's Management Group, the director also helps shape and advance Carnegie's broader agenda.  

Preferred candidates will have a notable record of international policy experience and/or research, proven managerial and team-building skills, fundraising experience, and outstanding communication skills. 

Position requires minimum eight years work experience subsequent to professional degree.  Must be willing to work full-time in Brussels.  Excellent benefits and competitive salary commensurate with experience.
