PRACSIS, a European affairs communications consultancy, is seeking a senior project event manager to carry out tasks such as:
- developing, organising and delivering programmes and events, including online and hybrid events (conferences, webinars, debates, consultations, networking, etc.);
- developing content and online presentation of events, in particular with a view to achieve an increased reach-out towards their stakeholders;
- managing events' conceptual preparation, implementation and logistical coordination, contacts with participants and speakers, interpretation arrangements, etc.;
- promoting knowledge sharing, sharing experiences across communities of practice and helping disseminate information;
- managing the relation with events partners, stakeholders and events' organisers and ensuring the follow-up of events timelines;
- contributing to accompanying media and social media outreach and oversee the development of new online tools and channels to increase interactivity with online audiences across Europe during and after events;
- drawing-up reports, statistics, etc. and contributing to programmes and event's monitoring and evaluation.
You will be entrusted with challenging and exciting assignments such as regular to complex events gathering from 20 to over 3.000 participants. A team of up to 10 professionals will be at your side on your path to success.
As Senior Project Event Manager, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent track record with:
- University degree and at least 10 years work experience in the field;
- Team leadership;
- Sound Financial management expertise (including the conception and management of annual budgets over 1 Million euros);
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
- Extensive work experience with digital tools;
- A sound understanding of logistics and technical aspects;
- A good comprehension of sustainability principles;
- A solid command of English is also expected - other languages being an additional asset, especially French and Dutch.
Work experience with European Institutions is an important asset.
