MGR Human Resources Ltd, member of MAP S.Platis Group of Companies, is a leading, broad HR Consulting, Training, Recruitment and Temporary Placements Agency. We are looking to hire a Learning Support Officer - interim support for the European Union Agency for Asylum to be based in Malta.

The position

The successful candidate will work on a secondment basis for the awarded contract for the Provision of Interim Services to the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA). EUAA is an EU Regulatory Agency headquartered in Malta whose mandate is to strengthen EU Member States’ practical cooperation on asylum, to support Member States whose asylum systems are under particular pressure and to enhance the implementation of the Common European Asylum System.

Responsibilities

• Support the contract management of digital learning production services (eLearning authoring and instructional design services)
• Project management to the production cycle of the European Asylum Curriculum content (gathering of business needs, prioritization, market research and careful monitoring);
• Quality check of horizontal training products (Elearning courses, webinar, videos)
• Desk research activities on training methodologies in the context of adult education;
• Conceptualization and preparation of events with focus on professional development and education

Requirements

Minimum qualification:

Completed university studies in a related field of at least three years attested by a diploma.

Minimum experience: 

• At least 2 years working in positions related to the tasks above.
• Advanced Computer skills, very good knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); project management skills
• English C1

Remuneration

The position falls in hierarchical Category IV and the associated salary is €44,543.88 gross annually in twelve monthly installments.
