MGR Human Resources Ltd, member of MAP S.Platis Group of Companies, is a leading, broad HR Consulting, Training, Recruitment and Temporary Placements Agency. We are looking to hire an HR Administrator for the European Union Agency for Asylum to be based in Malta.

The position

The successful candidate will work on a secondment basis for the awarded contract for the Provision of Interim Services to the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA). EUAA is an EU Regulatory Agency headquartered in Malta whose mandate is to strengthen EU Member States’ practical cooperation on asylum, to support Member States whose asylum systems are under particular pressure and to enhance the implementation of the Common European Asylum System.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be engaged in administrative work related to the onboarding of new staff members. The HR Administrator will be responsible for:

• Communication with candidates during the whole onboarding process – phase 1, phase 2, post-contract signature;
• Collecting the supporting documents, their filing, checking and analyzing and preparing the grading for contract of employment;
• Drafting the contracts of employment and finalizing the files for the ED’s signature;
• Collect the supporting documents in relation to the establishment of financial rights, analyzing them, filing and actively supporting the Leader of the Individual Rights Team in the aforementioned process;
• Accurate maintenance of electronic personal files and physical ones when needed,
• Ensuring proper and accurate files’ circulation,
• Update related databases and excel monitoring tables,
• Support the Head of Sector and team members’
• Provide the needed administrative support and arising ad-hoc tasks.

Remuneration

The position falls in hierarchical Category IV and the associated salary is €40,873.56 gross annually in twelve monthly installments.
