The Oxfam International Institutional Funding team provides an impartial shared service within Oxfam at the global level which has the mandate of representing functional interests within the confederative architecture and the capability of providing specialist technical support and managing shared donor partnerships for institutional fundraising.

The Institutional Funding Assistant will support the IF Senior Strategy Analyst who is based in Australia in:

Administering the Oxfam IF Pipeline, optimizing and updating the system as required;
Acting as the contact person around data entry and compliance for the Oxfam IF Pipeline to countries and Affiliates;
Review and maintain pipeline data;
Support the development of insights reports;
Support the development of competitor and market insights reports related to Institutional Funding through desk-based research.

Who we're looking for:

An Institutional Funding Assistant who will have a keen interest and demonstrated knowledge/experience in data analysis and insights, international cooperation, development and institutional fundraising; an affinity with the aims and objectives of Oxfam, supporting our vision of a just world without poverty.

He/she will have an academic degree in a relevant field such as Political Science, International Relations, International Development, European Affairs, Data Sciences or comparable; and also, fluency in written and spoken English is essential. The Partnership Management Assistant will have strong analytical skills and advanced Excel and PowerBI skills for data analysis and reporting. The candidate will have the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision; will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work within a team and with an international network.
