Join a small, dynamic and very international team, working in the most vibrant sector of European transport. We are looking for people with a solid academic & technical background, as well as a minimum of 5-10 years relevant professional experience.

The successful candidate will work on a range of Aviation Security issues and would need to demonstrate that he/she possess the following skills & competencies:

Genuine interest in civil aviation;
Self-starter capable of judging when and how to take initiatives best suited for the relevant policy content;
Highly developed social and communication skills, including the ability to communicate in a multilingual and multicultural environment;
Ability to originate and produce high quality, coherent, reasoned and convincing position papers and other written materials for lobbying purposes;
Ability to work in a team, listen to others, foster compromise and obtain consensus;
Supervise the work of Aviation Security/Cybersecurity Coordinator;
The successful candidate will need to obtain a security clearance.

The candidate must have a good understanding of EU institutions and relevant experience in a regulated sector. English native or equivalent required, any another EU language an advantage.
