We’re on the look-out for a great digital media communicator, designer and marketeer who is ready for the challenge of a fast-paced and creative role in aviation. The position is primarily focused on creating and delivering our digital tools to the highest standard and in new and innovative ways - to a wide and diverse range of stakeholders.
The postholder will also have an important role in supporting the communications aspects of our evolving suite of events, both virtual and in-person, and in managing the day-to-day output of our in-house studio.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
- Creation of our digital collateral;
- Supporting the digital marketing of our events, products, publications and key messages across multi-media platforms and formats;
- Custodianship of ACI EUROPE’s social media accounts, ensuring the day to day accuracy and timely update across our web presence (both external and internal) and social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.);
- Regular collating and reporting of analytics;
- Creation of presentation materials for senior executives, including advanced design powerpoint and Prezi;
- Creation of compelling written and scripted content;
- Coordinator of the ACI EUROPE in-house studio, along with post-production of materials.
Applicants must:
- Have a superb command of English, both written and oral, and the ability to move between tones and styles depending on platform and audience;
- Possess first rate digital skills, both in terms of design and delivery;
- Have an appetite to develop innovative new tools and formats - and be confident with Adobe Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro), Prezi, Canva, video editing tools and CMS systems;
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to work in a fast-moving and demanding environment;
- Be great team players with a goal-oriented approach and collaborative spirit.
Advantageous would be:
- Familiarity with membership associations and/or the EU Institutions.
Experience:
