ARTTIC Innovation GmbH has opened extra offices in Germany! We offer you the unique opportunity to be a part of a new team in the attractive emerging market for German R&D tax stimulus consultancy - Forschungszulagengesetz (FZulG).

We are looking for Commercial Consultants capable of expanding the business towards a very large market: all tax-paying companies with R&D activities in Germany are eligible to receive up to one million Euro tax allowance per year.

To succeed in this role you must be entrepreneurial, have a practical 'can do' mentality and a strong result focus. You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical industries and/or (grants) consultancy. You have strong commercial capabilities and are apt at making connections and securing new deals.

Main responsibilities:

Manage and foster longer term relationships with ARTTIC Innovation GmbH clients
Conclude contracts with existing and new clients
Initiate, coordinate and contribute leads and enhance the sales funnel
Contribute to the preparation, submission and coordination of high-quality R&D tax credit applications
Create synergies, find crossselling opportunities and share best practices with other PNO operations in Germany and the EU
Periodically report on progress and results to the team lead
Pitch, communicate and negotiate with C-level executives of innovative companies

About you

Entrepreneurial mind- and skillset
A completed university study, preferably technical studies (MINT) or MBA and comparable studies
Proven work experience in B2B sales or grants and innovation specialist, minimum three years
Proven sales record
Quality and result oriented
Commercial sense with focus on relationship building
Demonstrable affinity with technology, IT and/or innovation
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Native level of German and very good English

Where:

The locations will be in the region of Köln / Bonn and Mannheim / Stuttgart. Due to the pandemic, the next months will consist of 100 % homeoffice work, with regular online meetings and close contact to the team.
