Junior Funding Consultant

ARTTIC Innovation GmbH has opened extra offices in Germany! We offer you the unique opportunity to be a part of a new team in the attractive emerging market for German R&D tax stimulus consultancy - Forschungszulagengesetz (FZulG).

We are looking for Funding Consultants with a passion for innovation, writing and project management.

This position is suited for graduates and comprises the account management of tax stimulus clients from various sectors, including consultancy on project management and writing the applications according to § 6 FZulG.

You will be welcomed, trained and supervised in a tandem system with an experienced tax allowance consultant for each client account. ARTTIC has a formal online training plan for our Junior Funding Consultants.

Main responsibilities:

Contributing to the preparation, submission and coordination of high-quality R&D tax credit applications
Interviewing the R&D team members of our clients by means of a structured guideline
Writing the draft application and integrating client feedback
Tailoring and providing the ARTTIC methods and tools to projects
Monitoring and updating the project work plan, budget and hourly documentation of R&D personnel
Organizing, moderating and following up during the tax allowance process

Your profile:

Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably technical studies (MINT) or MBA / comparable studies
Graduate or work experience 1-2 years
Demonstrable affinity with technology, IT and/or innovation
Strong interest in innovation and research
Experience in grant writing and proposal development is a plus
Project management knowledge/experience/training
Excellent writing skills
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Native level of German
Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Where:

The locations will be in the region of Köln / Bonn and Mannheim / Stuttgart. Due to the pandemic, the next months will consist of 100 % homeoffice work, with regular online meetings and close contact to the team.
