Main responsibilities:

  • Managing membership application process, onboarding and follow up;
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective members and members;
  • Managing membership database;
  • Provide analysis of existing membership materials as well as membership retention rates and opportunities for improvement;
  • Develop goals and action plans for membership development and retention, including corporate sponsorships;
  • Create membership and sponsorship recruitment materials, appeal letters, brochures, etc.;
  • Communicating internally and externally.


  • At least 3-5 years marketing experience, preferably with a membership organization;
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing and customer service;
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of other European languages an asset;
  • Self-starter, team player, can-do attitude.


  • Excellent knowledge of marketing and customer service;
  • Skilled at writing promotional materials, membership materials;
  • Capability to work within and across teams while inspiring and facilitating action;
  • Articulate and comfortable picking up the phone and calling people to track down information, following up on lapsed memberships, and responding to inquiries;
  • Ability to respond to high volumes of work from various sources, to prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Extremely well-organized, goal-oriented and very high attention to detail;
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely.
