A favorable environment for career advancement. The manager and other coworkers are extremely supportive. It is an excellent place for a newcomer to learn and expand their knowledge.

As an employee you get sometimes too much emotionally involved as a young person. It takes some time to take a step back and find the right distance. But as for know, O know for sure that my mentor ready to help. Do not be afraid of asking questions.
