GOPA Com. is looking for a Project Coordinator.

As the person in charge of project activities, the Project Coordinator is one of the pillars of GOPA Com. and is accountable for the seamless delivery of the company’s projects.

Overall purpose:

The Project Coordinator works closely with the Project Manager to prepare and execute comprehensive action plans, including allocation of resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. S/he performs various coordination tasks, along with administrative duties such as maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.


  • Coordination of the project team:
  • Maintaining contact with clients during the project cycle, under the supervision of the Project Manager;
  • Project delivery and supporting the Project Manager in terms of:
  • Preparation of project materials:
  • Communication with Services Team:
  • Miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks.

Skills required:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar;
  • Experience in assisting in project management tasks, from planning and budgeting to delivery;
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans;
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management;
  • Familiarity with technology-related products or services would be an asset.

Position: full time.

Career development:

You will join the organisation under the supervision and mentorship of an experienced Project Manager. The projects that you will initially work on will focus on smart cities, innovation in medicine and sustainable energy.
