We’re looking for a new Quality and Learning Manager to support field teams, partners and HQ to continually improve our work on behalf of those we serve, through excellent monitoring, evaluation and learning and supporting compliance with our quality standards. The role will also incorporate contribution to programme improvement and management.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of working in the relief and development in the NGO sector. With a masters level degree in a relevant field, candidates will also bring demonstrable field experience in development or humanitarian responses and experience in management of development and/or relief programmes. Experience of Mission East’s countries of operation would be desirable. With relevant experience and knowledge in MEAL and Quality Management including CHS, you’ll be flexible, easy going, proactive, able to work independently and will have sympathy with Mission East’s organisational values.
