About WFA

The World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) is the only global organisation representing the interests of advertisers. Through its network of 60 national advertiser associations and 100+ of the world's biggest brands, WFA represents around 90% of global marketing communications, almost US$900 billion annually.

Our policy mission is to champion and protect brand's licence to do marketing in a responsible way. This includes shaping a sustainable future for digital marketing built on respect for people's data and that gives them real transparency to help them decide where, when and how they share their data.

About the team

The Digital Policy Manager will be part of a team of five and report into the Director for Digital Policy. The role is based in Brussels, but international travel will be required.

WFA’s policy team works with our members at global and EU level to lead advocacy work on policy issues related to marketing, provide strategic advice and guidance, and foster dialogue with policymakers on emerging issues which could impact advertising.

WFA offers:

  • An attractive salary and benefits package;
  • A high level of responsibility and autonomy, including representing WFA and our members' interests with policymakers, at industry events, policy conferences, etc.;
  • A unique insight into policy development and prioritisation across sectors, working with senior leaders in policy and marketing from sone of the world's biggest companies;
