Job Description:
Employee will be asked to assist in:
- Writing and sending official letters, invitations etc.
- Organization of events/meetings
- Answer and receive phone calls, and answer-respond to daily inquiries
- Monitoring and follow-up
- Participate in the logistical requirements of meetings/events.
- Media browsing and tracking
- Event coverage for media/social networks
- Creation and updating of databases and logs
Profile Description:
-Fluency in French/Dutch and English.
-Ability to draft and write formal letters/invitations
- Sending invitations.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Organization and daily management of the office.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Browsing local media and social media.
- Time management and organization.
- Researching skills .
