Description
The European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) is seeking talented individuals to establish a reserve list for a Human Resources Officer to join its Human Resources Unit.
Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, the appointed candidate will work as a general HR professional with the perspective to develop in one or more HR areas alongside the evolution of the organization and its business needs.
The following tasks will possibly include (but not be limited to):
- Develop HR policies, procedures, process and implement modern and efficient solutions to support evidence-based decisions and data driven Human Resources management,
- Provide advice, coaching and guidance to staff and managers on HR related matters,
- Contribute to a Talent Management approach with a focus on developing an efficient and effective distributed workforce functioning within high ethical and transparent organizational culture of the EU public administration,
- Administer the management of staff's rights and obligations (e.g.: staff allowances, staff contract, etc.),
- Support a culture of performance management and staff's organizational development,
- Gather, process and analyse staff-related data contributing to regular HR reports, statistics and metrics for various stakeholders,
- Promote in all HR activities compliance with the EU regulatory framework (e.g.: EU Staff Regulations, relevant Implementing Rules, etc.),
- Ensure sound financial management of the Office's HR-related budget,
- Act as HR ambassador to develop fruitful cooperation and to promote a positive working culture and team spirit across and beyond the organisation
- Take on additional tasks as required in the interest of the service.
