Obelis is currently looking for an intern for our Administration Department.

Your role and key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide professional, high level and smooth (internal & external) client service;
  • Support various tasks associated with the Administration Department at the highest level:
  1. Screen incoming phone calls and respond to general external queries by phone and email;
  2. Coordinate external visits and welcome visitors and guests;
  3. Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, prepare outgoing mail;
  4. Keep stock and place office supply orders ;
  5. Administer and keep client accounts and documentation updated
  6. Respond to client queries and ensure timely payments;
  7. Coordinate work of translators and administer payments to international partners;
  • Follow-up on tasks assigned to you;
  • Contribute to the implementation of ISO;
  • Provide ah-hoc assistance to the Unit;
  • Participate in Obelis events worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree preferably in Business, Finance, Economics or similar.
  • Previous professional experience in Front Office or Administration is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (written & oral); Good level of French or Dutch is an advantage.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office.
  • Your are a fantastic team player, inspire peers and communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Quick learner and self-motivated for small and big tasks.
  • You have high adaptability, flexibility and commitment supported by a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Attention to detail and organize workload efficiently to meet deadlines with high quality results.
  • Willing to learn and grow continuously.

Internship Terms & Conditions:

  • Applicant must possess EU work permit
  • Location: Brussels
  • Starting date: As soon as possible
  • Period: 6 months, full time paid internship, with possibility of extension.
  • International paid internship within a diverse working environment
