Graphic designer & membership/CRM assistant
This new colleague, combining graphic skills with excellence in leading our customer relationship management, will have a pivotal function in EuroCommerce. He/she will support the communication and marketing department and the office of the Director-General to ensure our communication and advocacy products are of top graphic quality and reach fast all our target audiences.
Your responsibilities
A. Graphic design and visual communication
· Conceptualize, design and deliver web and digital assets (e.g. for mass mailings, website pages, social media posts, printed and online infographics, etc.);
· Develop key visuals for communication campaigns;
· Creating professional layouts for position papers, power point presentations, and internal and external publications;
· Ensure consistent theme and layout by whole team. Own and guard a consistent brand identity;
· Develop short video footage for internal and external communication
· Proactively provide ideas and concepts and develop design for the above with an understanding of all the latest policy issues relevant to the retail & wholesale sector as well as the latest sector trends;
B. Contact Management (CRM)
· Maintain, nurture, and improve the databases (SAGE CRM and MS Excel) of EuroCommerce’s key contacts among members, EU institutions and stakeholders;
· Extracting contacts lists for the different needs of the whole team: events invitations, publication dissemination, targeted mailings;
· Prepare and disseminate mailings to internal & external contacts
· Proactively develop ideas for improving marketing and members satisfaction
C. Administrative support
· General support to other communication and administrative tasks
Your profile
· Expertise and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher)
· Experience with video filming and editing
· Experience with CRM & database management
· A natural inclination for visual communication and marketing, as well as for politics and advocacy
· Excellent speaking, writing, and editing skills in English;
· Demonstrable organisational skills appropriate to a multi-tasked environment; high energy, high output rate, capability to work autonomously, deliver results on time, adapt swiftly to changing priorities under tight deadlines;
· Enthusiast, no-nonsense attitude and entrepreneurial. Capacity to work in a multinational and multi-client environment; strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
