Job description
- Monitor policy and media developments, gather intelligence and deliver analysis & client briefings, etc.;
- Participate inadvocacy campaigns:
- Monitoring of policy developments, analysis, client briefings, etc.;
- Support outreach strategy, implementation/organisation of policy events;
- Developpolicy positionsaddressed at decision-makers;
- Association management
- coordination of working group roadmap and deliverables;
- meeting organisation, attendance, facilitation and follow-up;
- internal coordination and liaison with association leaders;
- Participate and contribute to client meetings and internal account management meetings;
- Support business development and marketing strategy in support of the senior staff;
- Research various topics and analyse impact on clients’ business;
Successful candidate
- 2 years’experience, involvement working with or for an industry association is a plus;
- A thorough understanding of EU mobility regulatory initiatives and priorities
- Project management skills (organised, eye for detail, ability to meet deadlines);
- Team player, proactive and willing to take responsibilities;
- Intellectual curiosity, ability and will to diveinto technical topics;
- Excellent research skills, ability to synthesise information and extract key messages;
- Very good English written and oral communication, another EU language is a plus;
