The intern will gain practical knowledge and better understanding of EU environmental policy and ceramic manufacturing processes while carrying out different tasks:
- Support in regulatory activities in the fields of environmental affairs e.g. Industrial Emissions, Ceramics BREF review, REACH
- Support in collecting and analyzing environmental data
- Support in communication activities e.g. writing of newsletter articles, reports
- Support of event organisation and promotion
- Participation at external events and meetings
Profile:
- Educational background in engineering or science, knowledge on manufacturing processes is a plus
- Knowledge of European environmental policy is a plus
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Excellent knowledge of Windows tools including Excel, Word, Power Point
The position is available starting from January/February 2020 (starting date is flexible) for 6 months.
