Things I liked most:
Multi-cultural stimulating environment, Friendly colleagues, great learning experience, stimulating. Started with a 1 year contrat d'immersion professional (at 800 a month - compensation included above refers to that period) which then turned into a 1 year fixed time contract and then long term contract with much improved salary and benefits
Things could have been better:
timing and modalities for informing me about possibility to continue in the organization after the first year could have been managed better, with more advanced notice to reduce the perception of job insecurity
