Things I liked most:
The communications team is trying very hard to revolutionise the organisation, and it was nice to be in a team that was really working to change things and introduce new ideas.
Things could have been better:
The hierarchical culture and isolated office made it quite a lonely place to work, despite the best efforts of my team members to make me feel welcome.
