Things I liked most:
The job experience has really exceeded my expectations. Since I was given a wide range of tasks, I could develop different skills. Among them, I gained more insight into activities related to the fields of: marketing and communication, editing, policy analysis, governments and businesses relations, public affairs management. The president of the organization, the tutor and the colleagues were always available to help me in carrying out my daily tasks. Moreover, I could benefit from their career advice, which helped me in choosing the right path after the internship. Overall, I had a very positive experience. Therefore, I would recommend this organization to anyone who is deeply interested in learning more about public affairs in Brussels.
Things I liked most:
I learned about new fields - financial services, digital policy.
Things could have been better:
Management, organisation, treatment of staff, pay, holiday. Feedback, mentoring, training (none provided). Provision of the equipment required to do my job (I had to use my own laptop).
Things I liked most:
It was a good start in Brussels as a very first experience
Things could have been better:
Overwhelmingly narcissistic and self-centered management style, no possibility to give feedback, bare minimum effort for employee growth and development.
