Things I liked most:
Working in Phrenos was the perfect opportunity to put my coordination skills into practice. I learned a lot working alongside the professionals in the company who gave me the chance to develop and strengthen my management skills. They were also very careful about everybody’s feedback and opinion, because the collective interests prevails for them.

Opportunity to have an impact on the projects. This SME gives you a great balance between having opportunity to be proactive and come up with ideas/own projects and a framework and learning environment. The colleague environment was amazing. There was a real family spirit created. As you work on organising events with your colleague you share unforgettable memories and you work in an environment where everybody is ready to help each other.
