The five focus areas of the Oslo Region European Office are: Regional Innovation & Development, Health & Social Affairs, Culture & Tourism, Energy & Climate, Education & Research The members are Municipalities, University Colleges and County Municipalities - Oslo, Drammen, Skedsmo, Hamar, Ringsaker, Stange, Løten, Øvre Eiker og kommunene i Kongsberg-regionen, Høgskolen i Buskerud, Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus, Akershus, Buskerud, Hedmark, Oppland, Telemark, Vestfold og Østfold
