Liveurope is an initiative supporting European concert venues in their efforts to promote up-and-coming international European artists. The platform works as a quality label awarded to live music venues committing to European diversity. The objective of Liveurope is to boost the programming of young European acts across the continent and help them reach new audiences. Established in 2014, the Liveurope platform is the first initiative of its kind in Europe. Liveurope is a platform with 15 members and an 1 aspiring member (16 in total), coordinated by Ancienne Belgique in Brussels, Belgium. These venues are iconic in the landscape of their national music industry, being the drivers and trailblazers of booking the best new emerging acts of tomorrow. Through the support of Liveurope, our member venues have accomplished a 63% increase of international emerging artists in their yearly programming, introducing new music to their audiences, and boosting the careers of hundreds of up-and-coming bands.
