Things I liked most:
all jobs exist at IBM, so if you like the culture & values, you can fill a career with motivating jobs. I particularly liked the opportunity to being entrepreneurial

Things I liked most:
Enterpreneurial attitude is very welcome. All jobs exist @IBM so as you like the culture and values I always felt motivated. Furthermore when I faced serious health issues, my employer was very supportive to adapt working hours when I gradually started working again
Things could have been better:
Women career development can be much better. Typically women are less aware of how to express their career aspirations, therefore managers need to discuss and ask about it. And yes, we women need to tell it and be confident of our capabilities.
