The Central Real Estate Committee (ZIA) is the umbrella organization for the real estate industry. With its members, including more than 25 associations, it represents the entire industry along the value chain. The ZIA offers the real estate industry in all its diversity a comprehensive and uniform representation of interests that corresponds to its importance for the national economy. As an association of entrepreneurs and associations, it gives the entire real estate industry a voice at national and European level - and in the Federal Association of German Industry (BDI). The president of the association is Dr. Andreas Mattner.
