Things I liked most:
The proximity to other EU institutions and bodies,the openess of my colleagues and the tight team with other trainees of the same batch.
Things could have been better:
The salary (compared to employees of other status, i.e. permanent, contract-agwnts etc.)

Things I liked most:
The opportunity to work on projects with a high level of responsibility, not only in my own unit but across other teams and departments too. This was voluntary rather than mandatory, but the opportunities are definitely there.
Things could have been better:
A bit more structure in my supervision would have been good, as I didn't have a dedicated supervisor - but this is not the case across all units.
