Things I liked most:
Paid overseas trip. Interns treated with respect. Small company with family-like atmosphere.
Things could have been better:
Full time employees appear to be quite overworked. Top management can try to pay more attention to the needs of their employees. Sometimes objectives not clear for interns and not a lot of recognition for the work that they put in. No pay despite full time work hours, so its the best form of socially accepted modern day slavery.
