CEVI is the only international organisation which gathers and represents the independents winegrowers. It was founded in 2002, it covers 13 Member States for a total number of 12.000 independents winegrowers. Independent winegrowers are entrepreneurs at the head of micro or small enterprises, often family businesses. They make everything themselves from the vine plant to the wineglass, and are engaged in environmental practices.
