Eliotus engages at C-suite and other executive committee levels. Eliotus was founded by Pascal D'hont - a French national, UK based for the last 30 years, avocat at the Paris bar 1994 to 2014, Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France‎ 2000 to 2016, and a partner in the Big 4 in London. The firm is situated in the City of London, in a listed building, Hamilton House - next to the river Thames, the Inns of Court, and Fleet Street (see attached map). ‎
