Things I liked most:

I was able to participate in a nice team building day Some media monitoring tools were new to me and I am still using these skills in my current job Other interns were friendly

Things could have been better:

Each team had minimum 2 Interns who were mostly charged with monitoring tasks. A lot of the work I did was neither demanding nor stimulating and became repetitive after a week. Clearly, they use interns to fulfill the least interesting tasks of the every day work. Interns are not allowed to join meetings with clients, which could have been a useful experience. Introduction into the work and tasks was not given by my supervisor, but another intern and I was handed a folder with material and had to follow an online introduction - this seemed very impersonal and unprofessional to me.
